JotForm is a great tool to help me get to know your hair before your appointment. By filling out a quick form, I can learn about your hair type, texture, and any specific concerns you may have. This allows me to provide a more personalized experience that meets your unique needs. Once completed allow me 24 hours to get back to you. Booking with me is easy simply choose a date and that works for you and we'll take it from there!
